Cumin Tahini Granola

In a bowl combine:

4 cups oats

1 cup steal cut oats

1 cup chopped pecans (You can substitute pumpkin seeds or pine nuts or anything other than dried fruit)

2 TBSP cumin

2 TBSP cumin seeds

2 TSPN kosher salt

2 TSPN cinnamon

In a measuring cup, combine:

1/3 cup tahini

1/3 cup honey

1/3 cup oil

Bake:

Mix wet and dry ingredients well and spread on two parchment-lined cookie sheets. Back at 350 (convection if possible) for 10 min, stir and bake for another 10 min. Let cool before storing in an airtight container.
